MCBE may make adjustments to the floor plan as needed, including the removal or reassignment of unoccupied booths, to maintain a full and cohesive expo floor. Vendor booth selections will be honored whenever possible.

Booth Details

Each booth space includes:

• black pipe & drape - 8' tall back with 3' tall sides (separating each booth)

• one 8' table (30" height) with white fabric table covering

• two chairs

Booth Costs:

$200 – 10' x 8' booth

Electricity is available to the booths along the exterior walls of the facility (booths 1-11 and 40-48). Booths with electricity are on a first come, first serve basis.
